These Terms and Conditions govern your use of gobeyondlimitstravel.com and your interactions with Beyond Limits Travel. By using this website or requesting travel-planning services, you acknowledge these terms.
Additional booking terms, supplier conditions, and written agreements may apply to individual trips.
ABOUT BEYOND LIMITS TRAVEL
Beyond Limits Travel provides travel research, planning, and booking assistance. We act as an advisor and intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers, which may include airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, excursion companies, insurance providers, and booking platforms.
Beyond Limits Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers and cannot guarantee their actions, availability, performance, safety practices, accessibility, schedule, or financial stability.
TRAVEL INQUIRIES AND QUOTES
Submitting an inquiry form or requesting a quote does not create a confirmed reservation.
Prices, promotions, availability, schedules, room or cabin categories, accessibility features, and supplier terms may change without notice until the required payment has been received and the supplier confirms the reservation.
Quotes are based on the information available when prepared. Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices may exclude airfare, baggage fees, resort fees, taxes, gratuities, insurance, transportation, meals, excursions, accessibility equipment, personal expenses, or other charges.
Before payment, travelers should review the complete quote and ask questions about anything that is unclear. Beyond Limits Travel will disclose known fees and material booking conditions before requesting authorization for payment.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
A reservation is not confirmed until all required traveler information, approvals, authorizations, and payments have been received and confirmation has been issued by the applicable supplier.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate names, birth dates, contact details, and other requested information. Names must match the identification or travel documents that will be used. Costs resulting from incorrect information, corrections, or name changes are the traveler’s responsibility.
Deposits and final payments must be made by the deadlines provided. Missing a deadline may result in cancellation, loss of space, increased pricing, or forfeiture of payments.
Beyond Limits Travel will never ask clients to send complete credit-card information through ordinary email, text message, or an unsecured website form. Payments must be completed through an approved payment or authorization process.
PLANNING OR SERVICE FEES
Beyond Limits Travel may charge a planning, research, consultation, change, cancellation, or other professional-service fee when disclosed in writing.
Any Beyond Limits Travel fee is separate from amounts charged by travel suppliers. Unless otherwise stated in writing, professional-service fees compensate Beyond Limits Travel for work performed and are not refundable after that work has begun.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS
All reservations are subject to the cancellation, change, refund, credit, and no-show policies of the applicable suppliers.
Deposits or payments may be partially or entirely nonrefundable. Supplier penalties may increase as the departure date approaches.
Beyond Limits Travel cannot override a supplier’s terms or guarantee that a supplier will approve a refund, credit, exception, or date change.
Requests to change or cancel a reservation must be submitted to Beyond Limits Travel in writing. A request is not complete until it has been acknowledged and processed with the applicable supplier.
Any refund or travel credit is subject to supplier approval, processing time, and original payment method. Beyond Limits Travel is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, payment processors, banks, or other third parties.
Additional professional-service fees may apply when substantial work is required to change, cancel, rebook, or resolve a reservation, provided those fees are disclosed to the traveler.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended because many travel payments may be nonrefundable and unexpected circumstances can occur.
Insurance policies contain exclusions, limitations, eligibility requirements, and claim procedures.
Coverage is determined solely by the insurance company according to the policy purchased. Beyond Limits Travel does not decide or guarantee whether a claim will be paid.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing the policy and purchasing appropriate coverage. If a traveler declines offered insurance, Beyond Limits Travel may request written acknowledgment of that decision.
ACCESSIBILITY AND SPECIAL REQUESTS
Beyond Limits Travel welcomes travelers with disabilities, chronic illnesses, mobility needs, sensory needs, dietary needs, and other accommodation requests.
Travelers are responsible for clearly communicating relevant needs as early as possible and notifying Beyond Limits Travel if those needs change.
Beyond Limits Travel will make reasonable efforts to research options, communicate requests, and obtain information from suppliers.
Accessibility descriptions and confirmations are based on information provided by independent suppliers. Facilities, equipment, transportation, excursions, and accessibility standards vary by destination and supplier.
Beyond Limits Travel cannot independently inspect every service or guarantee that a particular feature will be available, operational, or suitable for an individual traveler.
Special requests are not guaranteed unless the responsible supplier confirms them. Travelers should promptly review all confirmations and report any missing or incorrect accommodation information.
Beyond Limits Travel does not provide medical advice, personal care, mobility assistance, or emergency services.
Travelers should consult qualified medical professionals regarding fitness to travel, medications, vaccinations, and health precautions.
TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES
Travelers are responsible for:
• Reviewing all quotes, invoices, confirmations, itineraries, and supplier terms promptly
• Verifying that names, dates, destinations, accommodations, and requested services are correct
• Obtaining and carrying valid identification, passports, visas, permits, and other required documents
• Checking entry, health, vaccination, and transit requirements for every destination
• Arriving on time and following airline, cruise line, hotel, tour, and transportation rules
• Informing Beyond Limits Travel of accessibility needs, medical considerations, or special requests relevant to travel arrangements
• Monitoring official advisories, weather, schedule changes, and supplier communications
• Paying all deposits, balances, fees, and personal expenses by the applicable deadlines
Government requirements may change. Entry or boarding decisions are made by government authorities and travel suppliers.
Beyond Limits Travel is not responsible when a traveler is delayed, denied boarding, refused entry, or experiences a loss because required documents or eligibility requirements were not satisfied.
SUPPLIER CHANGES AND EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Travel may be affected by weather, natural disasters, illness, mechanical problems, labor disputes, government actions, security events, public-health events, construction, supplier insolvency, schedule changes, cancellations, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Beyond Limits Travel.
Suppliers may change itineraries, aircraft, ships, hotels, rooms, transportation, activities, or schedules. Beyond Limits Travel will provide reasonable assistance when problems arise but cannot guarantee a particular resolution or accept responsibility for an independent supplier’s decisions or performance.
TRAVEL RISKS
Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, delays, crime, unfamiliar environments, transportation hazards, and limited access to medical care or accessibility resources.
Travelers are responsible for evaluating their circumstances, reviewing official travel information, following safety guidance, and deciding whether a destination or activity is appropriate for them.
WEBSITE INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, destination details, prices, policies, links, accessibility information, and other content may change.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as a guaranteed quote, confirmed reservation, legal advice, medical advice, or promise that a destination or service will meet a traveler’s individual needs.
EXTERNAL LINKS AND ETSY PURCHASES
This website may link to Etsy, social media platforms, travel suppliers, or other third-party websites. Beyond Limits Travel does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.
Purchases made through Etsy are processed through the Etsy marketplace and are subject to the listing description and applicable Etsy policies. Questions about a Beyond Limits Travel digital product may be directed to Beyond Limits Travel, while payment processing and marketplace functions are handled by Etsy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, branding, graphics, downloadable materials, and other content belong to Beyond Limits Travel and may not be copied, republished, resold, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

SEPARATE AGREEMENTS AND SUPPLIER TERMS
A traveler may be required to accept a separate planning agreement, payment authorization, insurance acknowledgment, or supplier contract before a reservation is completed.
If these website Terms conflict with a specific written agreement signed or accepted for a booking, the specific agreement controls that booking. Supplier terms also apply to the products and services supplied by that provider.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Beyond Limits Travel may update these Terms as services, business practices, supplier requirements, or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to travel-planning services provided by Beyond Limits Travel and digital products sold by Beyond Limits Travel through Etsy.
Travel reservations and digital products are governed by different refund rules, as explained below.
TRAVEL RESERVATIONS
Travel reservations are provided by independent suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, excursion providers, and insurance companies.
Each reservation is subject to the applicable supplier’s cancellation, change, refund, credit, and no-show policies.
Beyond Limits Travel does not determine or control those policies.
Deposits and payments may be partially or entirely nonrefundable. Cancellation penalties may increase as the departure date approaches. Some reservations may permit a future travel credit instead of a cash refund.
All supplier terms and known cancellation conditions will be provided with the applicable quote, invoice, confirmation, or booking documents.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing those terms before authorizing payment.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUESTS
Requests to cancel or change a reservation must be submitted to Beyond Limits Travel in writing.
Submitting a request does not mean the reservation has been canceled or changed. The request is complete only after Beyond Limits Travel has acknowledged it, processed it with the applicable supplier, and provided confirmation.
Travelers remain responsible for all applicable supplier penalties, fare differences, change fees, and other costs.
REFUNDS FROM TRAVEL SUPPLIERS
Beyond Limits Travel cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a refund, travel credit, waiver, or exception.
When a supplier approves a refund, the timing and method of payment are controlled by the supplier, payment processor, and financial institution.
Refunds are generally returned to the original form of payment.
Beyond Limits Travel is not responsible for processing delays caused by suppliers, payment processors, banks, or other third parties. We will provide reasonable assistance with eligible refund requests and status inquiries.
PLANNING AND PROFESSIONAL-SERVICE FEES
Beyond Limits Travel may charge planning, research, consultation, change, cancellation, or other professional-service fees when disclosed in writing.
These fees compensate Beyond Limits Travel for time and work performed and are separate from payments made to travel suppliers. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a professional-service fee is nonrefundable after the related work has begun.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended because many travel payments may be nonrefundable.
Insurance benefits, exclusions, claim requirements, and coverage decisions are determined solely by the insurance provider according to the policy purchased. Beyond Limits Travel cannot approve or guarantee an insurance claim.
Travelers seeking reimbursement through insurance must follow the insurer’s claim process and provide any required documents.
ETSY DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products sold by Beyond Limits Travel through Etsy are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.
Because digital products can be downloaded or accessed shortly after purchase, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are generally not accepted after the file has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by law or permitted under applicable Etsy policies.
Purchases made through Etsy are processed by Etsy and are also subject to the listing description, the shop policies displayed at the time of purchase, and applicable Etsy marketplace rules.
If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase or wish to request cancellation before accessing the file, contact Beyond Limits Travel through Etsy Messages as soon as possible. A request does not guarantee that cancellation or a refund will be available.
DIGITAL FILE PROBLEMS
If a purchased digital file is corrupted, incomplete, materially different from its listing description, or cannot be accessed, please contact Beyond Limits
Travel through Etsy Messages and describe the problem.
We will make a reasonable effort to provide technical assistance, a corrected or replacement file, or another appropriate resolution. A refund may be considered when the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, subject to applicable law and Etsy policies.
Before requesting assistance, please confirm that you have:
• Downloaded the file through your Etsy account or purchase email
• Used a device and program capable of opening a PDF file
• Saved the file to your device before attempting to print it
• Checked your printer settings, paper size, scale, and available ink or toner
Differences caused by a monitor, printer, paper, ink, software, device settings, or personal printing preferences do not make the digital product defective.
DIGITAL-PRODUCT LICENSE
Digital products are for the purchaser’s personal use unless the listing expressly provides a different license.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer its copyright or permit the purchaser to resell, redistribute, reproduce for commercial use, upload, or share the file with others.
Unauthorized use or distribution is not eligible for a refund.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact Beyond Limits Travel so we have an opportunity to review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.
Etsy purchases must also follow Etsy’s applicable case and dispute procedures.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any return, cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
